Dr Deirdre Hughes OBE is a Legacy Fellow of UK Career Development Institute (CDI).
Pontydysgu is a research and development organisation based in Wales, Germany and Spain. It is experienced in the design, development, delivery and support of programmes and courses in Technology Enhanced Learning and the development and exploitation of Open Educational Resources.
We are experts in the use of social software for learning, both in educational contexts and in the workplace. We provide consultancy to enterprises wishing to use technology for professional development and for knowledge sharing within their organisation. Pontydysgu designs a number of community of practice platforms and tools for learning, accessible on computers and mobile devices.
Our customers include the OECD and UNESCO and many other European partners. We have delivered keynote presentations and facilitated at conferences, workshops and other e-learning events. Our focus is creating bridges to learning.
